3.6 Unlock With an Emergency Mechanical Key

You can open the deadbolt by using an emergency mechanical key in case the

deadbolt’s electronics fail.

① Use your fingernails or a thin chip to remove the keyhole cover.

② Insert the emergency mechanical key into the keyhole and rotate 90º to unlock

or lock the deadbolt.

Note: For security purposes, only the key provided with your deadbolt will work.

After unlocking or locking the deadbolt, replace the keyhole cover to keep keyhole

concealed.
